long-standing player in the world of industrial mortars
CERMIX was formed in 1963 as part of the Desvres group. CERMIX developed the first adhesive mortar called Super Cermicol, which revolutionised the tiling trade as it was suitable for all tile sizes, including mosaic tile.
Today CERMIX offers solutions specially designed for tilers, with a range of products formulated for laying ceramics and natural stone (surface preparation, fixing and finishing). The company later expanded its popular offering with a range of ready-to-tile panels for bathrooms and steam rooms.
CERMIX also manufactures and supplies high-technology products such as:
special mortars and epoxy-, polyurethane- and methyl methacrylate-based solutions, which are used for repair work, sealing and fixing, roadways, and waterproofing buildings.
